Tutor
of the Year Award
Every year the highlight
of the Connections Conference is the presentation of the the Tutor
of the Year Award by the president to the membership's most outstanding
tutor. The winner of the award receives a monetary prize, a plaque,
and is honored at the annual MTA Connections Conference.
The award was originally funded with a generous gift; in January
2006 the board voted to deposit 10% of the profits from each year's
conference to maintain the award fund.
Do you know of an outstanding tutor? Let us know.
